Collaborative Development – Survey4All Project Manager

This project highlights my role as Project Manager in a collaborative software development environment. I was responsible for organizing and managing a diverse team, ensuring smooth communication, task allocation, and project tracking. From setting up a structured workflow using Basecamp, Discord, and GitHub to overseeing sprint planning and repository management, I facilitated an efficient development process. My leadership extended to problem-solving, reallocating tasks when necessary, and ensuring each team member had the support and resources needed to complete their work. I also took charge of the video demonstration, script creation, and final presentation to showcase our progress. Through this experience, I refined my project management skills, improved team coordination strategies, and gained valuable insights into effective collaboration in a development setting.
