𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻 - 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲

𝘈𝘵 𝘛𝘦𝘭𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘥 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘦, I pursued a variety of A-Level courses that helped me develop essential skills in media, film, and photography. These experiences provided a strong foundation for my creative journey, where I gained hands-on expertise in graphic design, filmmaking, and photography.

𝗔-𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀
During my A-Level in Media Studies, I 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗗𝗩𝗗 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 for an original movie idea. I also 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗮 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗧𝘂𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 to promote the project, further developing my digital media and content creation skills.

This project allowed me to blend my passion for storytelling with technical skills in 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

𝗔-𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗺 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀
In A-Level Film Studies, I 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆 for my short film 𝘐𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘜𝘯𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘯. I also 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 to visualize the narrative and structure.

This coursework improved my understanding of 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, and 𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀, as I studied 𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 and the 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀 used in both classic and contemporary films.

𝗔-𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝘆
For my A-Level Photography, I developed proficiency in a range of photographic styles, including 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘁, 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲, 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝘆 such as dystopian and distortion styles.

I also enhanced my 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 skills with 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗯𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽. My final project, 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘐𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘖𝘶𝘵𝘦𝘳, was a portfolio that combined different photographic styles to explore themes of 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆
Through my studies at 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲, I developed a well-rounded skill set in 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, and 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻, all of which continue to influence and shape my work today.
